Cancellation and refund policies for reservations are determined by the service provider and are subject to their terms. InstaResy is not responsible for any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds.

7. Termination

InstaResy may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InstaResy, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; or (iv) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

InstaResy reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
